with Success
Prepare leaders with everything needed to jump-start and lead a successful implementation. Dive into each school’s
success plan and map out milestones for a successful rollout to educators. Identify key data indicators to monitor in
the first 30-60-90 days of implementation, and map out action steps to ensure all educators and students are up and
running with success. A leadership coaching tool to support what to look for in the first 30-60-90 days is tailored for
each school’s implementation model.
Establishing a Data

Guide leaders in establishing a data culture that emphasizes collaboration while cultivating a growth mindset and
relational trust. Craft action plans to adopt a data-driven instructional model, develop data teams, and model data

Gain a foundational understanding of the reports in Imagine Language & Literacy. Focus on key reports to monitor
and prepare action plans for data points to analyze daily, weekly, and monthly. Hands-on opportunities will equip
educators to access and interpret data to make learner-centered and data-informed decisions. *Recommended at
least 30 days after the implementation begins to ensure educators have their own student data to analyze.
